The warm welcome from the owner made our stay special. We appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels, which added to our comfort.

i truly enjoyed staying here. the location offered was good and marvellous adjacent to the center of nice, metros leading into town and the tram, restaurants, beach. i found there lots of restaurants to eat, like planet sushi that is only 10 minutes' walk away. the rooms were nice in general, with a shared bathroom.

The room of this place was clean in the owners house.

Room situated by a noisy main street, leading to disrupted sleep. Shared bathroom situation was not clearly outlined beforehand, and check-in only available late in the day created inconvenience for earlier arrivals.

This was just a prime choice for a weekend rest in Nice with very nice value for money. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after a long day exploring. Don't forget to ask for extra towels if you need them.

Stayed for 2 nights in a double room and found the location convenient. Not too far from the Asian Arts Museum 🏛️.

The hotel was not far from public transport, the airport, and the train station. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony, and a kitchenette area.

my recent stay in nice was great, but my day tour at this bed & breakfast exceeded all expectations. from the friendly owner to the daily room cleaning and delicious coffee, everything was perfect. the location was ideal, close to the beach and supermarket, with easy access to public transportation. les pieds dans l'eau provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home.
